Clinical Training:

Dr. Ho completed her pre-doctoral residency at the Children’s Hospital-London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and the provincially-operated Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI). At LHSC, she provided evidence-based assessment and treatment in the outpatient program for children and adolescents with mental health difficulties (e.g., social anxiety disorder, general anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, suicidal ideation). She was part of the Interdisciplinary Autism Services (IASD) team at CPRI, where she specifically focused on providing assessments and consultation services for children and youth with confirmed or suspected autism and other challenges (e.g., severe behavioural and emotional challenges, intellectual developmental disorders).

Her post-doctoral fellowship was completed at the Thompson Autism Center at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County where she focused on providing same-day autism assessments with young children (e.g., under 6) and children/youth with medical complexities. In addition, she also provided treatment services to children and teens with autism and comorbid mental health challenges.
